Syracuse, NY - Onondaga Softball's Avalon Millard has been awarded First Team All-Region 3 honors for the 2025 season.

The Freshman out of Vista, CA appeared in 25 of 25 Region 3 contests. Millard batted a .406 (37-91) with 16 RBIs. The outfielder recorded a .928 fielding percentage also appearing behind the plate in postseason play. Millard went 4-6 from the plate against SUNY Adirondack and recorded a career high 6 RBIs against SUNY Niagara.
