A. Eligibility Criteria
1. To be eligible for membership of the OCC Athletics Hall of Fame, potential nominees must have:
a. As an athlete: Successfully completed one full season in a given sport and achieved significant athletic accomplishments and earned significant athletic accolades.
b. As a team: Compiled a significant record or accomplishment. Special consideration will be given to national championship teams.
c. As a coach: Compiled a significant winning record and achieved significant coaching accolades and accomplishments or had measurable and meaningful impact on student success.
d. As an administrator or contributor: Must have made special contributions to the support, growth, popularity and/or community acceptance of the intercollegiate athletic program.

2. To be eligible for consideration, a nominee must have been disassociated with the OCC athletic program for at least 5 years.
B. Selection
1. The Selection Committee shall consist of the following persons:
a. Director of Athletics
b. Assistant Athletic Director, Sports Information & Communications
c. Two Alumni Representatives (appointed by the Director of Athletics)
d. Alumni Coordinator
e. One Faculty Representative

2. Up to 5 nominees per year may be selected for membership in the OCC Athletics Hall of Fame.
C. Display Location and Individual Awards
1. Recipient’s names will be included on the display screen on the ‘Wall of Inspiration’ located in Allyn Hall.
2. Hall of Fame inductees shall receive a plaque.
3. Recognition will take place at the annual OCC Athletics Banquet.
