The Onondaga Community College Sports Medicine Team strives to provide the most efficient and effective interdisciplinary care available to help prevent and manage athletic related injuries or illnesses. Treatment of these conditions will be based on sound medical principles considering personal and team goals, and always delivered in a professional and ethical environment.
Certified Athletic Trainer
Athletic Trainers (ATC) are health care professionals who collaborate with physicians. The services provided by ATC comprise prevention, emergency care, clinical diagnosis, therapeutic intervention and rehabilitation of injuries and medical conditions.
