Syracuse, NY - Onondaga's Cross Country schedule has been released for the 2026 season.

The Lazers return to the trails after a tremendously successful 2025 season crowning an individual National Champion. In addition to the championship appearance, the Men's program secured its' fourth Region III Championship.

The Lazers will take part in meets at 4-year Oswego, Lemoyne, Roberts Wesleyan, and Hamilton College. The MSAC and Region III Championships will return to Finger Lakes Community College.

The men's program will return All-Conference and All-Region Jackson Allen as well as All-Region Raul Rosario in their sophomore seasons. Greg Kielar will return for his third season as head coach seeking his third consecutive MSAC and Region 3 Coach of the Year title.
