Canandaigua, NY - Onondaga Men's and Women's Cross Country competed at the 2025 Region 3 Championship meet hosted by Finger Lakes Community College on Saturday. The men took the victory, securing their second consecutive Region 3 title.

The men's 8k included 8 participants from Onondaga. Paul Clark finished the race with a time of 26:07.77, 1:37 ahead of the 2nd place finisher, a 5:16 mile pace. Jackson Allen followed for the Lazers with time of 29:49.54 and a 6th place finish. Raul Rosario took 9th place with a time of 30:45.66. Onondaga's team score of 43 earned them 1st place overall in the meet.

Lisa Weah represented the women finishing 18th with a time of 31:41.0.

Paul Clark was titled Region 3 Individual Champion, taking first place, making him the first 2x Champion in 17 years in Region 3. Greg Kielar was named Region 3 Coach of the Year, also for the second consecutive season. Jackson Allen and Raul Rosario's placement earned them All-Region honors as well.
