Canandaigua, NY - Onondaga competed in the Mid-State Athletic Conference Championship at Finger Lakes Community College on Saturday, October 18th.
The Onondaga men's squad had 5 participants in the 5k race. Taking 1st place in the meet was Sophomore
Paul Clark, with a time of 17:52 at a mile pace of 5:45. Not far behind was
Jackson Allen with a 3rd place finish of 19:04.
Raul Rosario (7th),
Trenton Gallup (8th), and
Garrett Bleskoski (10th) rounded out the race for the Lazers.
For the women, Onondaga was represented by
Lisa Weah, with a finish of 35:00.
Paul Clark was awarded MSAC Runner of the Year for the second year running.
Jackson Allen was named All-Conference alongside
Raul Rosario.
The Region III Championship will take place this Saturday, October 25th back at Finger Lakes Community College. The Lazers will look to secure the title for the second year running.
