Syracuse, NY - Onondaga Community College is pleased to announce the Baseball programs' newest Head Coach, Ben Przepiora.
Ben Przepiora is no stranger to the college or the baseball program, having served as assistant coach in the 2014-2018 and 2025-2026 seasons. Przepiora was the lead assistant of the 2026 team where he helped guide the squad to a third place finish in the West division and a playoff finish, including second place in the MSAC standings with a 16-6 record. He executed practice plans related to offense, defense, pitchers, and catchers. He also coordinated the upcoming recruitment class of 18 students for the 2027 team, which is still growing. Przepiora maintains the grounds at the baseball stadium and coordinates and supervises field rentals.
In addition to OCC, Przepiora has assisted at the high school level serving as the assistant of the Bishop Grimes Baseball program from 2022-2024. He also was head coach of the SBC Yeti Crabs travel organization from 2018-2023. He also spent a season assisting the Softball program at Moravian College for the 2012-13 season. He currently serves as a Game Day Multimedia Specialist for the Syracuse Mets Organization.
Ben Przepiora graduated from Solvay High School and earned his Bachelors degree from Keuka College in 2012.
