Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 Game 1 - Brandon Nylin hurls gem, but Onondaga Lazers's bats go quiet in 1-0 loss to FLCC

Brandon Nylin allowed just one run on Saturday, but Onondaga Lazers couldn't get the offense going in a 1-0 defeat to FLCC.  Nylin gave up just one hit, allowed one earned run, walked seven and struck out four during his seven innings of work.

Brandon Anderson got the win for FLCC. He tossed seven innings of shutout ball. He struck out five, walked one and surrendered five hits.

In the first inning, FLCC pushed across its only run of the day on a bases loaded walk.
 
Game 2 - Onondaga Lazers offense too much for FLCC in 20-3 rout

Onondaga Lazers refused to relinquish the lead after grabbing it early against FLCC, recording a 20-3 victory on Saturday.

The game was decided quickly as Onondaga Lazers exerted its will early with 20 runs in the first three innings.  A two-run double by Chris Rave, an RBI single by Brandon Kapcinski, a sacrifice fly by David Nuzzo, and an RBI single by Joey Picone during the first inning and an RBI triple by Ed Tagliareni, a two-run double by Chris, a sacrifice fly by Brandon Kapcinski, a two-run single by Wes Randall, and a wild pitch in the second inning supplied the early offense for Onondaga Lazers.

Ed Tagliareni racked up five RBIs on three hits including a grand slam for Onondaga Lazers.

Reid Van Woert pitched well against FLCC during his outing. FLCC managed just two hits off of Van Woert, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out four during his three innings of work.

Onondaga Lazers hammered FLCC pitching as six hitters had a field day, combining for 13 hits, 14 RBIs and 13 runs scored.  Ryan Landers was the game's losing pitcher. He allowed seven runs in one inning, walked two and struck out none.
