Cortland, NY - Onondaga Men's and Women's Track & Field competed at the Red Dragon Open at SUNY Cortland with several school records broken. Overall there were 5 school records and 14 top ten changes.
Our men's 4x100M (
Ny'Quez Madison,
Aiden McMahon,
Aidan Birmingham,
Bradock Salisbury) broke the school record and took 3rd overall in the meet (42.80).
Bryce Burdick is now 8th all time in school history in the 1500m (4:46.57) and Mike Jocz had a personal best (5:09.91).
Bradock Salisbury is 2nd all time in school history in the 100 Meter, 7th place in the meet (11.19).
Paul Clark had the school record in the 800M, 6th overall in the meet, and Mike Jocz (2:34.47) and
AJ Zaleski ran a strong race (2:44.36).
Bradock Salisbury had the school record in the 200M (22.81) and 9th overall in the meet.
The men's 4x400 (Kraynak, Cineas, Zapf, Clark) our now 9th all time in school history (3:45.81).
Parrish Morrison beat his school record again in the discus throw (34.06M) and 3rd all time in shot put (11.62M).
Ny'Quez Madison was 1st overall in the meet in both the long and triple jump. His long jump of (6.99M) is now 3rd all time in school history and his triple jump of (13.83M) broke the
school record. He also placed 6th in High Jump at meet and is now 4th all time in school history (1.80M).
Logan Zapf is 7th all time in Triple Jump (12.65M).
Tracey Stewart had a great showing in the 100m and 200m dashes.
Hannah Wagner is 2nd all time in the 200m (27.35) and now 3rd all time in 100m Hurdles (17.70).
Kaitlyn Fico improved her 800M time and is 3rd all time in school history (3:01.62).
The team will travel to SUNY Brockport this Saturday for the Brockport Multi.
