Box Score #1 Onondaga Men's Basketball dominated their home court on Thursday evening, defeating Jefferson Community College, 119-68, in Allyn Hall.
The Lazers dominant defense was back in action tonight, scoring 37 points off Jefferson's 20 turnovers.
James Walker was all over the floor in the first half; the freshman forward notched his second double-double of the season after just 20 minutes of play.
Tae Elijah was firing on all cylinders early on, draining 16 points with 4 treys. The freshman-duo led the Lazers into the half with a dominating, 60-30, lead.
OCC continued their dominance in the second half by spreading the floor and getting every Lazer involved in the scoring effort, strengthening the lead to 59 points with 4:17 left on the clock. Just when you thought the game was over,
Terrence Walker (4 points) brought the house down with a mammoth jam off a feed from
Jordan Bandera (5 points, 2 assists).
