No.3 Onondaga Men's Basketball inched past NJCAA Division II opponent Genesee Community College, 100-95, in the first round of the Niagara County Community College Classic on Friday evening.

James Walker backed up his 26 point performace last weekend with a new season best. The freshman forward earned his first career double-double recording 13 boards and 33 points with 4 three-pointers. Tae Elijah downed 19 points going 13 for 15 from the free throw line and added 5 assists. Tyler Sullivan chipped in 18 points and 5 assists, and Shemere Elliott added 12 points.

The Lazers face the No.14 NCCC Thunderwolves (NJCAA Division II) tomorrow at 3pm.
