Box Score No.6 Onondaga Lazers traveled to No.4 Herkimer Community College on Saturday afternoon to defeat the Generals, 81-72, and improve their record to 10-0.

The teams scored bucket-for-bucket through most of the first half. With three minutes on the clock, Tyler Sullivan, Nate Cutler and Tae Elijah scored three in a row from downtown to enter the locker room with a, 43-36, lead

Herkimer tried to get something going early in the second half, but Tae Elijah's 12 points in eight minutes increased Onondaga's lead to fifteen with ten minutes left on the clock. The Generals responded by going on a 10-0 run to come within five, when Tae Elijah hit another three to take back the momentum. OCC sealed the victory by going 8 for 8 from the free throw line.

Tae Elijah was on fire all afternoon, going 5 for 6 from behind the arc and 9 for 11 from the line, for 26 points. Tyler Sullivan added 15 points and 7 assists and James Walker chipped in 12 points and 4 rebounds.

Onondaga continues their weekend road trip as they visit SUNY Adirondack tomorrow at 3pm.
