Box Score 2 Over the weekend the Onondaga Community College Lazers Men's Basketball Team traveled north for two non-conference games finishing the weekend 1-1. On Saturday December 12
th, the Lazers lost to a well-balanced North Country Saint's team 113-91. After leading at the half in this high tempo contest 49-47, the Lazers gave up 66 second half points to the Saints received 24 points from Brian Doraire and Fran Larose. Payton McLaurin added 22. The Lazers shot 37% from the field and were lead in scoring by freshman Zack Sawyer with 19 points and 15 rebounds. Sophomore

On Sunday December 6 the Lazers regrouped and defeated a scrappy Clinton Community College team 91-80. After leading 47-32 at the half the Lazers were able to withstand a strong comeback effort by Clinton. Clinton whittled an early second half 20 point lead by the Lazers to 10 midway through the second half. The Lazers responded regaining the lead and taking control of the contest going on to win by 17. Shooting 47% from the field the Lazers were lead in scoring by
Kameron DiSanto and Kevin Dicola each with 17 points. Zack Sawyer added 13 points and 9 rebounds with sophomore
Nikeem Deleon's 11 points, 14 rebounds and 8 assist. Jordan Bandara added 11 points. Clinton was lead in scoring by Michael Payne with 31 points and Nick Colon with 15.Â
