Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 The Lazer women's volleyball team split two matches on the opening day of play in the 2015 Cara Bryant Memorial Volleyball Tournament Friday.  Onondaga opened play with a 25-22 25-13 win over Jefferson Community College.  That match avenged a 3-1 loss at Jefferson back on September 19th.

In their second match of the tournament the Lazers ran into defending tournament champion and nationally ranked Northampton Community College.  The Spartans proved to be too strong, coming away with a 25-15 25-9 win.

Onondaga will resume play tomorrow morning with a 9:00 am match against Genesee Community College.  The Lazers will also square off against SUNY Delhi in the round robin portion of the tournament.  The top eight teams will be seeded following round robin play, with the quarterfinals starting at approximately 2:30 pm.  The field will play down to the championship match, which should start at approximately 6:00 pm.
