Canandaigua, NY - Onondaga Volleyball ended their season at the Region 3 Tournament hosted by Finger Lakes Community College this past Saturday.

No. 6 Onondaga faced the No. 3 Fulton-Montgomery Raiders in the semifinal round of the District B bracket. The Lazers fell just short in set one, 23-25. The Lazers took a 17-25 loss in set two and fell in the third, 18-25. Freshman Grace Plewak and Sophomore Cydney Pitman each recorded 8 kills in the match. Freshman Setter Chylure Bucktooth contributed 20 assists for a season total of 524. Freshman Libero Samantha Sovocool grabbed 18 digs for a season total of 417.

The Lazers finish with an overall record of 13-9 (.591).

Grace Plewak was awarded First Team All-Region honors and Chylure Bucktooth was awarded Second Team. Ella Beckering was named Honorable Mention.
