Box Score Plattsburgh, NY - Clinton Community College scored the first 7 points of the second half to extend their lead to 18 points, and cruised to an 85-72 win over Onondaga Community College.  Onondaga had held a 14-13 advantage 5 minutes into the contest, but a three-pointer by Jamie Davison gave the Cougars the lead, and Clinton extended their advantage to 11 by halftime.  Following their opening spurt to start the second session, Clinton extended their lead to as much as 24 in the second half before a late Lazer run trimmed the deficit to 12, before settling at the final margin.

Ben Honahan (Malone Franklin Academy) was Onondaga's only double figure scorer, tallying 12 first-half points on 4 three-point goals.  Bayron Carter led Clinton with 26 points, while 6'10" post player Mykelle Krecko added 22 and Davison chipped in 20.

The Lazers return to the court next Saturday, when they host Herkimer County Community College in the final game of the first semester.  Tip-off is set for 3:00 pm in Allyn Hall.
