Box Score Johnstown, NY - Onondaga led for most of the first half before host Fulton-Montgomery rallied late in the opening stanza for a 1-point lead at the break. The Raiders then gradually pulled away in the second half of the foul filled contest. The two teams combined for 64 could and shot 77 free throws in the contest.
Vaughndell Brantley (Cicero-North Syracuse) scored a game high 18 points, including 13 of 16 from the line to lead Onondaga.
Kyle Kline (Caledonia-Mumford) and
Patrick Twiss (Mexico) added 12 points each for the Lazers. Bryant Jack led the raiders with 15 points, while Kadeem Stanislas and Jordan Stewart added 12 each.
Onondaga returns home next weekend for a pair of 1 pm tips. On Saturday the Lazers will host SUNY Delhi, currently ranked #6 in the nation, and on Sunday they host Columbia-Greene Community College. Both games will be played in Allyn Hall.
