Syracuse, NY - Onondaga Softball's Avalon Millard and Sophia Colgan have been named to the 2026 All-Region team.

Sophomore Avalon Millard, Sophomore out of Vista, CA, went 38-90 (.422) at the plate and tallied 30 RBIs against Region 3 opponents, earning First Team honors. Her season highlight was game 1 at Jefferson Community College on 4/21 where she went 4-5 from the plate with a homerun and 2 RBIs.

Freshman Sophia Colgan from Johnson City, NY earned Second Team honors. Colgan went 26-89 (.292) at the plate against Region 3 opponents tallying 21 RBIs. The Freshman went 4-4 in game 1 at Jefferson Community College on 4/21 with 2 RBIs and a double. She pitched 24.2 innings with the Lazers with 8 strikeouts in Region 3.
