Herkimer, NY - Men's Cross Country took 1st place at this year's Regional Meet at Herkimer Community College earning them a spot in Richmond, VA at the National Tournament.

Paul Clark led the Lazers to victory finishing in 1st place in the 8k with a time of 26:58.1. Jerry Czyz placed in the top 10 with a time of 30:46.0. These superb times led to a team victory for Onondaga as Region III Champions.

Head Coach, Greg Kielar was awarded Region III Coach of the Year.

Kaitlyn Fico represented the women finishing in 5th place in the 5k with a time of 23:28.5.

The men will compete at Pole Green Park in Richmond, VA on November 9th for the National Title.
