Clinton, NY - The Men's Cross Country team finished 5
th out of 8 teams at the Hamilton Invitational on Saturday as the only two year program competing at the meet.
Paul Clark led the way with a 14
th overall finish and an 8k PR time of 27:28. With this, Paul has improved by a minute on average for each 8k this season and has the 3
rd fastest 8K time in the history of OCC Cross country.
Cayden McKay was next for Onondaga (52nd overall), completing the course in 31:02, shaving a minute and a half from his previous best time.
Ashton Murdock followed closely behind (56th) with a PR of 31:25.
Jerry Czyz (61st overall) and
Bryce Burdick (67th overall) rounded out the top 5 for OCC. Sophomore
Michael Jocz beat his previous 8k time by nearly a minute and a half.
The Women's team was represented by
Kaitlyn Fico who placed 61st overall, completing the 5k course in a personal record time of 25:46.

The team will head to Finger Lakes Community College for the MSAC Conference Championship race on Saturday, October 19th, at 11:30am.
