The Lazers scored two runs to kick-start the first inning and added to their lead with a four-run fourth inning and two-run sixth.

As a unit, OCC tallied 12 hits and 7 RBIs. Multiple hits came from
Katelyn Stubbs,
Casey Gray,
Amanda Prell,
Tori Duffy, and
Mati Ponsetti.

Game Two: Onondaga 11, Broome 8
Â
The bats for Onondaga continued to dominate in game two, getting out to a, 10-0, lead through three innings. Broome cut the lead by two in the fourth, and an error stricken fifth inning gave the Hornets six more. The Lazers were able to hold the Hornets scoreless in the final two innings to earn their eighth straight win.

Casey Gray continued her supremacy at the plate, going 3-for-4 with 5 RBIs. Multiple hits also came from
Katelyn Stubbs and
Emily Clapper.

Megan Brown won her third game of the year, giving up 8 runs on 8 hits, before being relieved by
Tori Duffy. Duffy closed the door on the Hornets by giving up just two hits.

Onondaga visits Jefferson Community College on Saturday before returning home on Sunday for a Sophomore Day doubleheader against Erie Community College set to start at 1pm.
