Syracuse, NY - The Men's Lacrosse home opener kicked off under the lights on Wilbur Field against the Mohawk Valley Hawks. Head Coach Erik Mattox secured his first career win with the men after a 30-0 performance from the Lazers. The win extends Onondaga's win streak over the Hawks to 15.

Bruce Benedict,
Reef Beal,
Takaronhiotakie Thompson, and
Cy Deer began the 2025 season with a 3+ goal performance led by Martinez, the freshman out of Walkill, NY, with 5 on the day and an assist. Sophomore
Jacob Fifield had a quiet day in goal but contributed to the shutout with 2 saves.
Onondaga will travel to the familiar rival, Nassau Community College, this Saturday, March 8th with a 1:00pm start with the Lions.
