"It is with a heavy heart and excitement that I announce my resignation from the Head Men's Lacrosse Coach position at Onondaga Community College to start a new position as Defensive Coordinator of Men's Lacrosse at Quinnipiac University.
The past two years have been some of the most rewarding of my life. I have learned so much about the game, myself, young men, and what it takes to run a successful program. I'd like to thank JD Jones, and Ryan Smith who have worked with our offense the past two seasons, as well as Nick Martino and Chris Masker who have helped with our defense. Mostly, I would like to thank them for being incredible men, professionals, and role models to our young men and myself – any program would be lucky to have a group like this.
I'd like to thank Dr. Hilton, Sarah Gaffney, Mike Borsz, Brian Burns, and Taylor Cassella in our administrative positions. Their support has allowed us the ability to do things many other junior college teams simply cannot. I'd also like to thank all my fellow coaches and coworkers who have been incredibly supportive of my journey, I have truly made friends for life; Coach Wilbur, Carolyn Bice, Mike Drake, Erik Mattox, Kelly Seibt, Sean St. Denis, Bob Piraino, Matt Massenzio, Joe Logiudice, Rob Colvin, Joe Hulbert, Keith Edwards and anyone else I may have forgotten, you have made these two years so much fun!
Lastly, I'd like to thank the fellas, alumni and current. No matter how my day was going, I always knew when I walked out on the field with you each moment would be special, engaging, and rewarding. You have taught me so much during my time at Onondaga, and it is because of you I looked forward to every practice and team meeting. I cannot wait to watch this team compete this year, you have everything you need!" Logan Tousaw
"I know this was a difficult decision for Logan, but ultimately, he could not pass on a great opportunity to coach full-time at a NCAA Division I program. I thank Logan for all he has done to support our students and college, and to wish him luck at Quinnipiac!"
Athletic Director, Mike Borsz
