Corning, NY - Volleyball traveled to Corning Community College for another Regional Tri-Match. The Lazers took wins against Corning and SUNY Broome continuing their undefeated road record and move to 7-2 overall.
The Lazers took on Corning to start the day at 12pm. Sweeping the Red Barons in three sets, the Lazers took the first win of the day.
Kara Stephens had a hot start with 8 kills and 4 aces,
Alexsis Knox had 18 assists, and
Nevaeh Baker had 7 digs.
The Lazers took the floor in game two against the SUNY Broome. With another quick 3-set match, the Lazers headed home with two wins.
Cariana Wilson had 7 kills in game two. Stephens had 5 kills and 5 aces alongside
Alexsis Knox with 12 more assists.
The Lazers will look to stay hot as they host the Kara Bryant Memorial Tournament this Saturday, September 28th with visitors from Erie Community College and SUNY Niagara.
