Syracuse, NY- The Lazers hosted Finger Lakes Community College yesterday for their third and forth matchup of the season with the Lakers. Again the Lazers were unable to secure the victory.
In the first game, The Lakers jumped out to a 12-2 lead after the third inning. Onondaga rallied in the sixth inning to cut the lead down to six, but were unable to close out their comeback.
Joey Case led the Lazers with five RBI's, two hits, and one run scored.
Another slow start doomed the Lazers in the second contest going down 8-1 after the fourth inning. This lead allowed the Lakers to coast to victory.Â
OCC will look to get back in the win column on Monday, April 18th when they host Itacha Colleges JV team. The first game of the doubleheader will begin at 3pm.Â
