The Onondaga Softball team defeated Moraine Valley, 3-2 on Saturday. With the win, Onondaga moves to 1-1 on the season.

The Lazers were able to score three runs on eight hits. Delanie Alberici had a perfect day at the plate going four for four with an RBI.  Gina Meyers led the way with two runs scored. Meyers was able to finer her way on base in all four of her plate appearances, recording two hits and was hit by a pitch twice. Pitcher, Isabel Milazzo went seven innings giving up eight hits and two runs. Milazzo struck out two while only walking one batter.
