The Onondaga Women's soccer team defeats Jefferson Community College Wednesday night at Lazer Stadium by a score of 7-0. With the win, the Lazers move to 1-4-0 overall and 1-0-0 in the MSAC and 1-1-0 in Regional play.

Scoring Report

Sabrina Verdoliva and Erica Weber led the Lazers scoring as they punched in two goals apiece. Caitlin Barry, Hailey Niles and Mackenzie Lee also contributed to the scoring with a goal each. Niles, Weber and Lee all recorded their first goals of their careers as a Lazer. The Lazers shared the ball well recording assist on five of their seven goals. Mackenzie Lee, Hailey Niles (2), Caitlin Barry, Mackenzie Chapman, and Claire Maring all recorded assists on the night.

Sophomore Goaltender, Marissa Curtis had four saves and recorded her first clean sheet of the season.

Onondaga continues MSAC play on September 15 when the team travels to Finger Lakers to face the Lakers at 12:00 p.m.
