Men's Lacrosse Gets Win Over Genesee

Box Score The Onondaga Community College Men's Lacrosse team improved to 5-0 for the season at Lazer stadium with a 14-10 win over Region III rival, Genesee Community College. Sophomore, Austin Staats (Assumption College High School) had 5 goals and 1 assist on the day, and fellow Sophomore and fellow attackman, Russ Oakes (Salmon River High School) had 3 goals and added an assists in the victory effort. Six other Lazers contributed with a point or more in the competitive and highly anticipated Regional game. Freshman netminder, Frank Delia (Baldwinsville High School) was strong in goal for Onondaga and finished the afternoon with 14 saves for the number 1 ranked Lazers. Next up for the men's lacrosse team is Jefferson Community College on Wednesday, March 28 at 4:00 at Lazer Stadium.
