Onondaga dominated at the Hudson Valley Regional POD with three wins. The Lazers went 3-0 on the weekend as they defeated Hudson Valley, North Country and Adirondack.  

Match 1 vs Hudson Valley:
Onondaga came out strong in there open match taking down the Vikings three sets to none. The Lazers owned the first set beating the Vikings 25-11. Onondaga battled in the second set but still came out on top as they won 25-22. The Lazers then dominated the third set winning 25-7.

Match 2 vs North Country:
 
The Lazers owned the Saints in the first two sets beating them 25-8 in the first match and 25-7 in the second match. The third match was a battle but the Lazers closed the game out with their third win, winning 25-20.

Match 3 vs Adirondack:

After beating Hudson Valley and North Country in the first and second match, the Lazers showed no signs of slowing down in their third match. Onondaga finished off the day by defeating the Timberwolves in five sets. The Lazers lost the first match 20-25, won the second match 25-18, lost the third match 25-20 and finished the game out beating Adirondack in the last two sets winning the fourth set 25-18 and winning the fifth set 17-15.

Onondaga returns to the court on Wednesday, October 3^rd for Sophomore night as they host Corning Community College for a 6:00 p.m. match.
