Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 | Box Score 3 The Lazers began the day facing Corning Community College.  The Lazers jumped out early winning 25-17.  Corning battled back taking the second set 29-27.  OCC gathered themselves and fought hard to win the next two sets 25-23 and 25-20.  Sara DeFruscio was big up front with 6 kills and 6 blocks. Classmates Riley Carlucci and Kayla Bryant added 6 kills of their own with Bryant also handing out 17 assists and 7 aces.  Karly Kearns dug up 19 balls and Carlucci added 12 of her own.

The Lazers faced Tompkins Community College next winning in 3 25-14, 25-12, and 25-13.  Alexis McLaggan led the offense with 7 kills and a .500 hitting percentage.  Classmate Breana Burchett compiled 6 kills of her own.  Bryant dished out 13 assists.  Karly Kearns and Mikayla Petrie led the backcourt with 15 and 6 digs respectively.
 
The Lazers faced Broome for the second time this week battling 26-24, 25-15, and 27-25.  Sheba Jackson and McLaggan led the offense with 7 kills a piece followed by Burchett with 6.  Bryant led with 22 assists.  Kearns continued her dominance in the backcourt with 19 digs, while classmate Maleigha Ellithorpe added 12 digs of her own.
 
The Lazers will be back in action Wednesday September 13th when they travel back to Watertown to face Jefferson Community College.
