The first quarter could not have gone better for OCC, scoring 17 of 20 from the floor with 4 threes and shooting perfect from the free throw line. Sam Britton (19 points, 9 rebounds) and Morgan Deland (18 points) went to work early in the paint, each scoring 8 points and capturing 3 rebounds through the first.

The Panthers cut the lead down to 14 going into the half, in part to outscoring the Lazers, 21-14, in the second quarter. Onondaga regrouped in the locker room and stunned TCCC in the third with a dominating, 23-7, performance to seal the victory heading into the final quarter.

Jordan Vaught went an impressive 4 for 5 from downtown for 12 points and distributed 6 assists. Cassidy Rattray dropped 10 points and 4 assists, and Hope Defazio chipped in 7 points and 6 assists.

#4 Onondaga (17-2) faces Mohawk Valley (13-4) on Monday night at 8pm in Allyn Hall. These two foes have dominated the region for the past decade, typically meeting in the NJCAA Region 3 Championship game.
