Box Score The first-ranked Onondaga Community College men's lacrosse team lost to second-ranked Nassau Community College 10-9 on Saturday afternoon, snapping their 107 game winning streak.
The Lazers jumped out to a 4-0 lead after the first quarter and brought a 5-4 lead into the locker room at halftime. Nassau went on to score five unanswered goals to start the second half giving the Lions a 9-5 lead mid-way through the fourth quarter. Onondaga quickly answered with four unanswered goals of their own tying the game up at nine with a minute to play.
The Lazers had the ball with under a minute to play with a chance to win. A missed shot led to a change of possession, which Nassau capitalized on by scoring the game-winning goal with 15 seconds left in the game.

Thomas McNaney led the way for the Lazers with three goals and one assist and sophomore goalie
Holden McDonald recorded 15 saves in net.
The Lazers (2-1) return to action this Saturday against third-ranked CCBC-Essex at David W. Murphy field.
