The nationally-ranked Onondaga Community College women's basketball team scored a season-high 109 points to win its 13th straight game on Saturday after defeating Finger Lakes Community College, 109-47, in a Mid-State Athletic Conference contest in Allyn Hall.

No. 3 Onondaga, which celebrated the accomplishments of its four sophomores prior to the contest, moves to 23-4 overall and remains unbeaten in conference play at 11-0, while the Lakers move to 4-21 with the loss and 1-11 in the conference standings.

It was all Onondaga from the get-go as the Lazers pounded the paint eventually building a 28-5 lead courtesy of a 14-0 run.

The Lazers would lead by as many as 31 points before Finger Lakes could put together a 13-5 burst en route to a 53-26 score at halftime.

Onondaga continued to catch fire in the second half.  The Lazers scored 12 of the half's first 14 points to hold a 65-28 lead with nearly 17 minutes still to go.

Finger Lakes tried to generate some momentum, but the Lazers would turn defense into offense and closed out the game on a 25-6 run to earn their 80th consecutive conference decision.
