The Lazer women's basketball team held off a stiff challenge from SUNY Sullivan to capture the championship of the 2015 Onondaga Classic with a 48-45 victory.  Melissa Bakowski was named the tournament's Most Outstanding Player and was joined on the All-Tournament Team by the Lazers' Morgan Deland, Nia Miller of Sullivan, Zeniyah Sanders of Northampton Community College, and Krystal Remirez of Dutchess Community College.  Northampton defeated Dutchess, 73-33, in the consolation game.

The Lazers return to action on Wednesday evening when they host SUNY Adirondack at 5:00 pm in the SRC Arena & Events Center.
