The Onondaga Community College women's basketball team made quick work on Erie Community College on Wednesday night as the Lazers cruised to an 82-48 win in Buffalo.

With the win, Onondaga improves to 11-4 on the season.

After leading 49-31 at the break, the Lazers would put the game out of reach early in the second stanza after reeling off 20 unanswered points en route to the 82-48 decision.

Brittany Anderson led the way for Onondaga with 24 points including four 3-pointers. The Seneca Falls native got her teammates involved as well, dishing out five assists in the win.Â
Kumba Marong tallied her second double-double this season with 11 points and 12 rebounds while
Alisia Griffin added 16 points and six boards.Â
Samantha Roberts totaled a team-high seven assists to go along with 11 points.

Onondaga will up Mid-Sate Athletic Conference play in its next bout beginning at 1 p.m. on Saturday when it welcomes Corning Community College to Allyn Hall.
