Box Score Schenectady, NY - The Onondaga Community College Women's Basketball Team (6-0) went on the road on Saturday and came away with a 72-49 over Schenectady County Community College (1-1).

Onondaga employed a swarming press right from the start of the game, established a 12-0 lead,  and went into the locker room at halftime ahead 43-17.  Schenectady made a good run in the second half and cut the lead to 14 points before the Lady Lazers got back on track to close out the game with a 23 point win.

Allie Taylor (Hannibal) once again led Onondaga in scoring and rebounding with 18 points and 7 rebounds while Jenn Deuel (Whitesboro) had 13 points and a game-high 8 steals. Courtney Louis came off the bench to gather 6 rebounds and 10 points that included a perfect 6 for 6 from the foul line.

Onondaga travels to  Fulton Montgomery Community College on Sunday for a 1pm contest.
