Sarah Bjork was a collegiate volleyball player at Concordia University in Irvine, California. She has been coaching volleyball since 2001. She started her coaching career at Concordia Academy High School, Roseville, Minnesota as Assistant Varsity Coach and helped the 2001 and 2002 varsity teams make their way to the Minnesota State High School Volleyball Tournament. Each team took third place in the state for their class. Coach Bjork took a break from coaching while teaching overseas and then raising her young family. Upon moving to Central New York in 2014, she began getting reconnected with the volleyball community. In 2018, Bjork started coaching again as Head Coach of Crown City Volleyball Club's (CCVBC) U12 team. She continued coaching with CCVBC the next year as the U13 Head Coach. Then in 2022, she coached the 15U travel team for KODA Volleyball Club. Currently, she serves as one of Onondaga Volleyball Club's setting coaches. In 2019, she joined the Lazers Women's Volleyball program as Assistant Coach and became Head Coach in 2020. In just her short time leading the program, the Women's Volleyball team made it to post-season play in 2022. Bjork enjoys developing community college athletes and bringing them to their next level.
