Kelsey Klopfer

Kelsey Klopfer joined the Onondaga Community College women’s volleyball program as an assistant in August 2015, and was appointed Head Coach for the 2016 season. During her first season at the helm of the program she guided the Lazers to a conference tournament and regional tournament appearance, finishing the season with a 16-17 record.

In her most recent position, Klopfer was the coach for the 18 and under Onondaga Storm club team.  Prior to this Klopfer acted as a Volunteer Assistant Coach at SUNY Oneonta after a successful playing career with the Red Dragons where she was named Team Captain.

Klopfer played her high school ball at Baldwinsville High School where she won league, sectional and regional titles. She was part of the Bees team who finished runner up in states and was named team MVP and First Team All-State.

Klopfer also held an assistant coaching job at Oneonta High School where the team won their first ever sectional championship and was an assistant coach at Baldwinsville High School for the Varsity team where they won league and sectional championships.

A 2011 graduate from SUNY Oneonta, Klopfer graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Child and Family Studies.
