Dylan Donahue enters his second season on the coaching staff with the Lazers. After playing a integral role in his first season as the offensive coordinator for the Lazers, Donahue was elevated to the title of Associate Head Coach over the summer of 2019. Donahue has many roles on the field and with player development. Now in his new role, he will take on a larger recruiting role and will have various administrative program oversight along with his existing duties.

Donahue is the owner and an instructor of Platform Lacrosse Training Academy and is a Co-Owner of The Ultimate Goal Family Sports Center that is located in Marcellus, NY.

Donahue is a decorated lacrosse player with many awards and accolades. Donahue was an All-American high school player locally and went on to have a great college career. Donahue played lacrosse at Syracuse University for four seasons. Donahue was a three-time Division 1 All-American. Donahue was a 2016 USILA 1st Team All-American during his senior campaign. He was also a 2016 Tewaarton Award Semi-Finalist.

After his time in college, Donahue spent over two seasons in the Major Lacrosse League (MLL) He was drafted with second pick in the first round of the collegiate draft to the Charlotte Hounds. He then spent time with the Atlanta Blaze organization. In 2019, Donahue signed with the Buffalo Bandits (NLL) and participated in their training camp.

Dylan is a West Genesee High School graduate and currently resides in Camillus with his wife Catherine and his son Kevin.Â
