Onondaga Community College

Pat Lemmo was named the pitching coach for the Onondaga Community College baseball team in August, 2016.
 
As a senior at Ithaca, Lemmo was named a 2013 first-team All-American by both the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) and D3Baseball.com. He was also named the Empire 8 Conference Pitcher of the Year and a first-team Empire 8 All-Star for the second year in a row that season.
Lemmo went on to pitch for the Alpine Cowboys of the Pecos Professional Baseball League and the Sonoma Stompers of the Pacific Association of Professional Baseball. He was named a Pecos League All-Star.
In 2017 Lemmo served as the pitching coach at Washington College in Chestertown, MD.
He has also coached youth baseball at both Ithaca College and for the CNY Baseball Warehouse. 
Lemmo received a B.S. in Exercise Science from Ithaca College (2013).
