Benjamin Przepiora

Onondaga Community College announced Ben Przepiora as the Head of the program in June of 2026.

Przepiora served as assistant coach in the 2014-2018 and 2025-2026 seasons. He was the lead assistant of the 2026 team under Bob Piraino where he helped guide the squad to a third place finish in the West division and a playoff finish, including second place in the MSAC standings with a 16-6 record. 

Przepiora came to OCC from Bishop Grimes High School, where he was an assistant coach overseeing the infield, defense, and offense. Przepiora also spent six years working as both an assistant and Head Coach for Syracuse Baseball Club. While at Syracuse Baseball Club, he coached teams from 12U-18U, helped run clinics and showcases, and provided individual and group lessons for both baseball and softball players. 

Ben served four years as the pitching coach at Onondaga Community College from 2015-2018. Under Przepiora, the Lazer pitchers recorded 114 wins alongside 3 regional playoff appearances including one Region III Final Four appearance.  From 15-18, Onondaga’s pitching staff finished in the top 25 in ERA and K/9 in three out of Przepiora’s 4 years.

Przepiora came to OCC from Moravian University in Bethlehem, PA, where he served as an Assistant Softball Coach from 2013-2014 and helped guide the Greyhounds to a 32-12 record with a Landmark Conference Playoff appearance. Przepiora also spent time as an assistant coach with the Syracuse Salt Cats in 2012-2013.  
 
Przepiora is a Keuka College graduate where he was a three-year starter as a catcher and holds his Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication.
