Adam LaPaglia brings nearly 14 years of coaching experience to Onondaga after being hired as an assistant coach on the baseball team in September 2014. LaPaglia’s primary area of responsibility will be working with the Lazer infielders along with developing the team’s strength & conditioning programs.
LaPaglia served as an assistant coach with the CNY Thunder where he assisted in all aspects of the team’s training, development and management.
Prior to his time with CNY Thunder, LaPaglia was heavily involved with the Liverpool Little League, serving as both a head coach and an assistant.
A former All-Region shortstop at Onondaga, where he was a member of the Lazer’s .400 club while winning a batting title with a .407 average….LaPaglia went on to receive a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education from St. Bonaventure where he was a member of the Bonnies baseball team as the starting shortstop.
LaPaglia currently works as a Personal Fitness Trainer for Welch Allyn in Skaneateles. He resides in Camillus, NY.
