Syracuse, NY - Onondaga's Cross Country schedule has been released for the 2025 season.

The Lazers return to the trails after a tremendously successful 2024 season with an appearance at the National meet in Richmond, VA bringing home 4th place. In addition to a National appearance, the Men's program secured its' third MSAC Championship as well as its' third Region III Championship.

The Lazers will take part in meets at 4-years LeMoyne, SUNY Oswego, Roberts Wesleyan, and Hamilton College. MSaC and Region III Championships will return to Finger Lakes Community College.

The men's program will return MSAC Runner of the Year, Region III Champion, All-American, and 5th place National finisher, Paul Clark for his sophomore season. 2024 MSAC and Region III Coach of the Year, Greg Kielar will return for his second season as head coach.
