Syracuse, NY - Onondaga Softball hosted Jefferson Community College on Tuesday afternoon at the OCC Softball Complex. The Lazers suffered two losses on the day to the Cannoneers, moving to 5-10.

Kennedy Nash led on the mound for the Lazers. Nash recorded 3 strikeouts in game 1. On the offensive side, Sophomores Paige Glassford, Lily Stevens, and Brooke Nicholson each recorded an RBI in the 4th inning where the Lazers put up 3 runs on the Cannoneers.

Sydney Puttkamer came to the mound in game 2 where she recorded 4 strikeouts. The Lazers struggled to match Jefferson's 4-run 1st inning and 3 more in the 5th in the 9-2 final. 

The Lazers travel to Herkimer Wednesday, April 23rd at 3pm for doubleheader with the Generals.
