Plattsburgh, NY - Onondaga Men's Basketball traveled North this weekend for matchups with Clinton and North Country Community College. The Lazers went 1-1 on the weekend moving to 5-2 on the season.
Nyqwan Morris scored 21 points to lead Onondaga to a 96-68 win over the Cougars on Saturday afternoon on the campus of Clinton Community College.
Freshman Guard
Garang Garang recorded 19 points and 7 rebounds. Sophomore Guard
Shombe Jackson turned in 14 points, 4 steals, and 5 rebounds. Sophomore Guard
Lucio Cole tallied 14 points and 5 assists. Sophomore Forward rounded about the double-digit scorers with a triple-double, 10 points, 10 blocks, and 10 rebounds.
Onondaga tied it up 39-39 before the break after closely trailing for the majority of the first half. The Lazers started to pull away midway through the second half to take a near 30-point victory.
The men got right back at it Sunday afternoon with the Saints of North Country. The 6-1 now Saints handed the Lazers a 53-80 loss on their home court.Â

Percy Robinson each tallied 9 points for OCC.
The men will travel to Finger Lakes Community College for their third consecutive road game this Wednesday, November 19th at 7pm with the Lakers.
