Syracuse, NY - Women's Soccer moved to 9-0-1 after an 11-0 victory over Finger Lakes Community College on Saturday.
The Lazers wasted no time getting on the board, with a goal in the first three minutes from
Isabel Fontaine off the assist from
Poppy Diabo. The Lazers kept this energy throughout the first half, leading 8-0 headed into the break with goals fromÂ

Abigail Horning. After Elberson,
Briana Dorrance, and
Lindsay Sternburg made it an 11-0 lead in the second half, the game was halted via Mercy Rule in the 70th minute of play. The Lazer defense allowed a quiet day in goal for
Geona Wood with one save and her eighth season shutout.
