Dryden, NY - The Lazers travel to Tompkins-Cortland Community College for a conference doubleheader.
Aidan Green pitched game 1 for the Lazers striking out 9 Panther batters, giving up just one hit, and no runs. The Lazer offense was solid with contributions all down the lineup.
Jake Khouri went 4-4 with 3 RBIs.
Jake DePalma went 3-3. A quick game 1 ended in 6 inning s with a 18-7 victory for Onondaga.
Jason Aguonie started game 2 pitching 4 innings with 6 strikeouts and no hits. Johnathan Gonzalez-Perez got hot in game 2 going 3-3 from the plate.
Colin White went 2-4 with a homerun. Regardless of a 3-run 7th inning for the Panthers, Onondaga's strong offensive showing resulted in an 8-5 final score sending them home with 2 wins and a 15-6 conference record.
The Lazers will host Utica University JV tomorrow, April 25th at 2pm.
