Syracuse, NY - The Lazers hosted Genesee Community College in their first game of the 2024 season taking a hefty 22-0 victory over the Cougars.
The Lazers wasted no time putting goals on the board scoring 12 seconds into the game setting the tone early. The Lazers continued to lay the goals on with a quick 10-0 lead in the 1st quarter forcing a running clock for a short game. Freshman
Ava Gabriel had a record breaking 9 goals for the Lazers.
Madison Manno had 5 saves in goal shutting out the Cougars.
The Lazers travel to Monroe Community College this Wednesday, March 20th for a 4pm game against the Tribunes after a dominant start to 2024 and in search of a 2nd program title.
