Women's Lacrosse traveled to Maryland this weekend to take on two nationally ranked opponents and defending National Champions. The Lazers went 2-0 with dominant wins over Harford and Anne Arundel Community Colleges.

Bel Air, MD - The Lazers wasted no time going up on the Owls taking an 11-1 lead in the 1st quarter. They continued pounding on the goals entering the half 13-2. After 30 more minutes of high scoring, Onondaga secured a 20-3 win over the Owls. Olivia Lockwood led with 5 goals and 3 assists followed by Gianna Zerillo and Julianna Barton each with 4.

Arnold, MD - Traveling another hour South, Onondaga found themselves in the house of the 2023 National Champions. With the defending champions scoring the first goal of the game, the Lazers woke up and put 10 goals on the Riverhawks in the 1st half. After the Riverhawks' first goal, they remained scoreless against the Lazer defense until the end of the 3rd quarter. The Lazers' defense nor their offense let up finishing with a 19-3 victory. Barton and Zerillo led with 5 goals each, Lockwood had 4.

The women will travel to No. 4 Genesee next Thursday, April 4th for a 4pm game.
