Syracuse, NY - Men's Basketball hosted their final home game of the season last night against the Tompkins-Cortland Community College Panthers at 5:15pm. The two teams previously met in November where the result was a tough 57-91 loss for Onondaga.
The Lazers came out hot against the 14-8 Panthers trailing by a short 45-52 at the half. Too many turnovers in the second half for the Lazers would result in a 99-117 final score with a loss bringing the Lazers to 5-19.
LaMar Matthews led with 28 points and 7 rebounds for Onondaga.
Zachary Chamberlain had 16 points.
The Lazers will travel to Clinton Community College this Sunday for a 1pm start against the Clinton Cougars.
